completion of 5years

Hi,

i got my entry clearance on tier1 on 25th of Feb, 2009 but came to UK on 8th of April, my question is whether my 5years started on 25th of Feb or on 8th of April. Please answer

My situation is very similar. First entry clearance 20th Jan 2009 but actual entry into UK on 15Mar'09. So based on the 90 day concession, my start will be 20th Jan 2009.

But in the Set-O application form, what should be my response to Question 6.1: When did you (the main applicant) first enter the UK? This refers to the date of your first entry into the UK at the beginning of the period of stay on which this application is based

Should it be the date when I actually entered UK or the first EC Date?

I am in a similar situation with 13 days delay entering the country; but I cannot find 90 days concession rule anywhere on UKBA website, can you please direct me to the right link if you know any?

The date asked was the date of entry into the UK, not the date of the entry clearance.
