Salaam,

I have been following this forum for a while and my wife applied for spouse visa on the 6th of June from Lahore. Still waiting for RFC.

Sameena akhtar, are you working as a contractor as you say u get paid weekly. I also was paid weekly through an umbrella company before I got a salaried job. I have a feeling BHC are taking longer with contractor and self employed applications than salaried.

In sha Allah we will get RFC's soon.

My advice - pay your tax and avoid your application being on hold. Nothing is more important

My husband called Gerrys today, they told him to wait until Friday, and if nothing has still happened then to email the BHC!

I have already emailed the BHC and Gerrys, but still no reply after i said i would take legal action if i didnt hear anything this week!!

No im employed, maybe its taking longer because i've been refused once.

On the same boat, today is 119th working day since we applied, we still haven't received any information on the reason for delay.

I sent in 3months payslip instead of 6months
And my job letter didn't have my yearly income written.

Nothing at all just reply of my fax, thats just a standard reply.Doest matter who you fax ECO or ECM does,t make any diffrence.
