Can shares and bonds be referred to as Liquid cash? This is in relation to the amount of money needed as proof of funds concerning Canadian immigration.

Yes mate! Liquid cash can come in that form. Just make sure you have the current statements or bond certificates. All their concerned is something which can easily be converted to cash.
