Am I eligible for Tier 1?

Is there any way that I am eligible for a Tier 1 VISA?

I will detail my full circumstance in hopes that someone can provide me with an option that will help.

I arrived in the UK in 2009 on a student VISA. I worked part time during my Master's study. I switched to a PSW VISA in 2010 and work full- time. I switched to a Tier 2 VISA, in April with a COS from my current employer.

Hi,

Tier 1 General is closed for anyone wanting to switch into this category which is what I assume you want to do.

There are other categories of Tier 1 such as the entrepreneur route that you can potentially consider if you meet those requirements
