ILR - ESOL for SET(O) dependent

Everyone,
I'd really appreciate some clarity in this issue.
I am due to apply for ILR in Jan 2014.
I've already proven my English Language capability during my initial Tier 1 application and therefore I don't have an issue.
My wife, who will also be applying for an ILR as a dependent, hasn't proven her English language capability so far. She has done Level 5 certification in CIPD (in UK) and the course, assignments and everything around it is in English.
Therefore will her CIPD certification suffice as a proof for ESOL or will she have to give an ESOL test? She is also employed and her to perform her office duties in English and this includes taking calls for internal and external callers.
If she has to give an ESOL test, which is the best test that she can take immediately and get certified?

Does she have a degree taught in English ?

She doesn't have it with her and getting duplicate will take a while! So its as good as she not having her certificate.

Then probably she needs to give one of the approved tests. Wait till 28 oct so that you would know about your options.
