Advise regarding Sponsor guarantee of maintenance funds

Hello Experts,

I need some urgent advise on sponsor marking tick against "maintenance funds" option on COS.
Situation is that my sponsor has been granted a COS few days back. They did not mark tick against the 'maintenance funds' field while applying for it to UKBA. So the question is can they do it now while allocating it in my name or is it too late?

My sponsor did the same thing, ONLY THING IS I DID NOT KNOW and I just waited for the visa - which got refused.

Now my previous visa has expired and its a massive nightmare.

Go to your HR immediately, ask them to add a note on your CoS, ask them to give you a letter certifying the maintenance and ask them to call UKBA and explain... dont delay!
