Urgent advise required ...plz help

Hello every one
I will really appreciate if any one could advise me on following scenario
Is it possible for main applicant to apply for switching from psw to tier 2 by premium service and dependant who is already on psw dependant route in country to apply as tier 2 dependant by post,
Can u also plz tell me from ur experience that how likely u can get ur approvel sorted same day at peo( which peo is comparatively better?)
What kind of question do they normally asked in interview
Document check list
Application
Photos
Wage slips
Bank statements
Employer letter
Is there ant thing im missing?

I see no problem in having your dependant applying by post after you applying with premium service,
also in premium service you'll get your approval letter on the interview.

passport
prof of english language ( education certificate taught in english , or national of english speaking country )
bank statement ( not required for CoS with maintenance on employer )
pay slips ( not required for psw )
by employer letter you mean the CoS, you just need its number.
