Hello,

I got question, I am applying for my wife on FLR(M) , AS I AM ON ILR.

She got B.Pharm Degree from India. Does she need validated degree with UK-NARIC?

SHE IS LIVING WITH ME SINCE 2008. DOES SHE STILL NEED TO SHOW INCOME OF £18,500 PER YEAR.

I'll make some assumptions, you qualified for ilr as a long residence applicant and your spouse has been here since 2008 as a pbs dep?

She'll need to apply for flr(m) under the old rules and her degree should have proof it was taught in English and the NARIC statement of comparability, there is no financial requirement under the old rules per se.
