General Visitor Visa for Parents

Hi
I intend to get my parents to the UK on general Visitor Visa.

My dad is employed but gets paid by cash. Hence will not be able to produce salary slips. Will this be an issue? Is there a way out ?

please help.

Can show FDs and savings bank account over the period of last one year.

It really depends on the ties your parents have in their home country. No pay slips and no bank statements showing a regular income is going to be a problem.
