Error in Tier 2 general COS

Hi,

My agent has made errors in my COS.

Spelling mistake in my Name and Wrong year of birth!

Should it be cancelled and assigned again or the agent has provided a cover letter that would go along with my application stating the errors and asking the Home office to ignore it.

Can someone please tell me what should be done?

Will UKBA accept the cover letter from the agent or im at high risk of making my application invalid if i send the cover letter?

what agent? CoSs must be assigned by the sponsor.

We have sorted out the issue by using the SPONSOR NOTE space to mention the minor errors.

COuld you please clarify if my address in the bank is a concern for the application? because my correspondence address in different from the address given in the bank.
