tier1 entrepreneur 50k as a letting agent

Good Morning everyone
just a quick one for my background
iam on PSW visa and planning to apply to entrepreneur visa 50k
i have been working as an estate agent for the past one year now in my own estate agency where iam am the only director
my question is can i apply as a letting agent of an estate agency as iam a bit confused at this stage.
your advice please ??
