No worries You will get ILR!

Hi,

We are in the same boat, don’t worry about TAX, NI, P60s and etc. Hope you have got all necessary Docs with you.

All you need is Passport(s)
Payslips (last 3-4 is enough….white paper with your name, comp name and amount)
Bank Statements
Work permits (if you have originals or photocopy otherwise no worries…)

Regarding your break time (more than 3 months) you have some docs for your assignment I think…just take that with you if they ask then you can explain the same like you went for the same project implementation in offshore.

Be cool, book you appointment before going to Croydon Office, it will save your time and get the ILR….then enjoy yourself.

Lot of guys got ILR with the same issues….

Good Luck!

ILR

Post by TN » Thu Sep 30, 2004 3:15 pm

I will be applying Jan 2005.

Not necessary but if you have any secondment letter for your assignment in UK (Most of the IND companies give) that’s fine. You can convince then that project has onsite/offshore operations, that’s what you went for some product implementations like that…please avoid saying holiday trip…

I read lot of articles (success articles) for ILR with more then three months break…so no problem. If you’re not confident with your case please handover your application to some solicitors (Work permit specialist) they will do the rest. In either way you will get ILR soon no doubt.

Your case is genuine one, I believe that you are working in largest IT company in Asia.

All the best!
