Wife remaining on Dependent Visa

Hi,

I have one month to apply for my ILR under 10 year long stay. I am currently on student visa.

My wife's student dependent visa expires on Jan 2015. I did not want to change her visa now, since she has still got more than a year left.

Can she remain on student depend visa, if my condition changes from student to ILR? Will she be able to travel back on that visa if she leaves UK?

She should make an application(s) as soon as you are granted ILR and before her leave expires.
