Hi.
Please let me know what happens after I will apply for EUFAM and my case will be pending? would I be able to live here in Ireland legally while my case is in process? can I in any circumstances work here to keep myself and my family while I am waiting for the decision?

Once u apply for 4EUFam, you will receive a temporary stamp 4 for six months and u will have full rights to work. Good Luck

Well, i have read from previous posts that it takes 1-2 weeks until they issue you a temporary stamp 4.

Once u apply for 4EUFam, you will receive a temporary stamp 4 for six months and u will have full rights to work. Good Luck

In some cases u can expect a delay of upto 4 weeks, once you apply for 4EUFam. They will return ur original passport, may be any original documents that they might not need and a temporary stamp 4 for six months.
