I dont think that there is a caution to declare in your case but wait for other responses. I have seen a similar query on this forum before and the response from the gurus was that there was nothing to disclose to the home office if you were not arrested.

I don't think you need to declare, it was just a mediation from police, no caution or warning was given so you will be fine.
