Hi,
My wife is in Tier 4 (student visa) entered into the country in Dec 2010, since in-country switching is possible, to my dependent (Tier 1 General Dependent), what happens to the ILR clock? I will eligible for ILR in August 2015, will she be eligible for ILR along with me in 2015? or does she needs to be in dependent for another 5 years?

Many Thanks
Jagan
