Good Character Requirements Exceptional Grants

Post by hbf81 » Mon Oct 21, 2013 12:43 pm

In previous UKBA guidance, when assessing good character requirements, a case officer can disregard one minor conviction. And there were certain offences which doesn't count as minor

In the new guidance, page 31, it looks like there is no difference between minor or major conviction as long as it is Non-Custodial. e.g. drink driving, without Insurance etc can be disregarded.

I am not a immigration expert but correct me if I am wrong.
