Is new version of SET(O) being published?

Hi members
When new version of set O will be published because from 28th Oct english language requirement is being added but still set O version4 2013 available?
Any news?

The new forms will be released on 28-Oct-2013 and the old forms can be used for up to 21 days after that.

my appointment is on 11th Nov. can i use any old or new version no difference?
