T2 ICT granted before april 2010 to T2 General Switching !

Hello,

Are there any members out here recently switched from Tier-2 ICT granted before 2010, but now having T2 ICT Long Term visa status due to FLR renewal inside of the UK (as per the UKBA's policy changes since 2011) to Tier-2 General ?

I'm in the process of switching and need your valuable inputs ?

During FLR renewal, if you have got T2 ICT long term or T2 ICT ES it doesn't matter. You are eligible to switch to T2 general if you have valid CoS and if you have entered UK with T2 ICT before april 6, 2010
