ILR Dependent Query

ILR Depnedent Query - I am on Tier 1 General and will be applyin gfor ILR in Sept along with my wife as dependent. her visa is PBS Dependent. Is there a maintainanace funds requirement for dependent. If yes how much?

Rather than funds, it's adequate maintenance and accommodation, if you're full time employed then there should be no issue.

Why should it be SET O . Should it not be SET M as i Already have an ILR.

What evidences she will be providing for SET O in terms of salary , bank statements etc....

Set M fits in appropriately....Can you please provide your rational just for my understanding please.

If you were granted ILR as a PBS applicant and your spouse is still a PBS dep then it would be SET(O) selecting the option of PBS dep.

Yes I was under Tier 1 General PBS and my spouse was PBS Dependent. I was thinking I am setteled now and hence as a spouse SET M. But anyway thanks for the clarifications.

Assuming your spouse has completed 2 years in the UK as a spouse and was granted PBS dep leave prior to July 2012.
