Hi everyone,

Thanks for your readiness to contribute to the JR. This is much appreciated.
Just wanted to let you know that the decision on Stephen Kong's JR application against the 4-to-5 year change will be made shortly after the Indian Doctors' case is heard tomorrow.

For now, there's still a possibility that the application for a court hearing on our case will be declined...

I contributed to this appeal via paypal on the vbsi site. There is another JR filed by the folks at hsmpforum, the hearing was also postponed to December. Are HSMP visa holders contributing to that as well?

Mate, you are almost a year late. JR related to PR/ILR retrospective element was turned down, if I remember correctly, sometimes end of 2007 / start of 2008.
Have not heard of any new JR in the same respect !
