Tech Help in Filling the HSMP form

Guys,
I have been trying to use the Acrobat distiller/write to fill the form but somehow the form fields are not editable. Any views/alternatives/solutions for the problem that I am facing in filling the form electronically.

which forms are you trying to fill in? i suggest that you copy all and paste on a word document and fill it in there. otherwise just print and fill in by hand.

I am trying to fill HSMP 1 on the acrobat distiller but am unable to do so. I guess I may have to fill it up by hand...

You can take jillsjack 's downloadable forms from the 'Consolidated Useful Posts' sticky. His acrobat form allowd input if you have a acrobat writer installed.
