Leave to remain

Post by Jezocks » Wed Oct 23, 2013 5:27 pm

I am married to a Thai woman she is the mother of my children 3 yrs and 7 yrs. We were married in Thailand on 15/6/2007. She currently has a visa with leave to remain, work permitted, which expires on the 27/4/2015. How do I get her permanent residence in the UK?

SET(M) would be appropriate. But could you elaborate what Leave to remain has she had since 2007. Was it spouse?

Having said this, see if she qualifies for ILR

Also you haven't mentioned anything about your self. Could you elaborate your status?

Please state your spouse's immigration time line. What was the date when her last leave to remain was granted? When did she enter the UK?

Was this Discretionary Leave to remain? Does the vignette say no recourse to public funds?
