upper tribunal

Can someone tell me how much time is taking by upper tribunal once the appeal is lodged.

Because the First Tier Tribunal is taking appr 6 months. I want to how the upper tribunal speed is?? Anyone who recently dealt with them can tell his experience.

Would be very helpful.

Dear Sir,

appeal if it is to be accepted and hear able by Upper tribunal is a decision that you should receive within one month once an appeal lodged it normally follows shortly after the appeal receiving acknowledge that you receive from upper tribunal.

it is totally different time frame when it comes to 1st tribunal as we looking months.
