Hi,
I am British citizen and I have been moved in Ireland. Can I apply for my working tax credit and child benefit for my children's.my family have family visa on behalf eea joining family members. Can I apply for their benefits in Ireland. Do I need to show them any my job? Please let me know.thanks

You can claim Child Benefit of €130 per child, per month. It may take up to six months to process but you should get arrears.

The closes equivalent to Working Tax Credits in Ireland (dont be confused with your yearly tax allowance which is called "Tax Credit") is Family Income Supplement. To receive this you need to work 19 hours per week (or 38 hours a fortnight), you can combine your hours with your spouse. You can claim 60% of the difference of your salary and the amount shown below depending on the number of children you have.

1 child - €506, 2 children - €602, 3 children - €703, 4 children - €824 per week.

I forgot to point out that the hours must be in employment (not self-employment). If though you or your spouse does self-employment in addition the money earned will be taken into account. See the link for further details.
All the best with the move. Ireland is a nice country. A bit slower and more old-fashioned than the UK. It is a nice place to bring up a family.

Hi, I am very thankful to everyone who has advised me in my case.every advise was very good.if I ll take my family back to uk after my treaty three months rights in Ireland will child benefit or family income support effect on my return to uk.
Can I return to uk after three month any time or is their any limit if I return after six or more then six month spending in Ireland. I mean can I take my family after six month living in Ireland as well. Please let me know. Thank you

There's no specific time period specified for the stay in another member state. However, you must have all the documents required before you decide to apply for a visa under Surinder Singh (back to the UK). See this:

Since it takes up to six months to get FIS and CB you may want to stay in Ireland a bit longer.
