Need Some Help on ILR

Post by madnan24 » Wed Oct 30, 2013 8:11 am

Hello All,

I need some advice from the senior, I would be much appreciated.

Currently I am on Tier 1 General Visa, I will have to apply my ILR.

I applied my Tier 1 General visa on 20 April 2008, and in June 2009 they refused me due to some reason. I went for appeal and won the appeal, then I got my visa on 01 Feb 2010.

Question 1 :

In the Calculator, it asks below

Enter the date of your first successful Tier 1 application? <-- Could someone please help me, which date should I mention here, 20 April 200 OR 01 Feb 2010

For Clarification : On 20 April 2008, Submitted application for Tier 1 General, but got refusal in June 2009, and Went for appeal and win the appeal, then got Visa on 01 Feb 2010.

I am a little bit confuse which date should I mention as If I give 20 April 2008 So I am getting 20 point of age. and If I give 01 Feb 2010, I am loosing some age points.

Could you guys please help me regarding this? I would really appreciate.

Thanks

If I was you, I would have entered 20 April 2008.
