Family Citizenship Application Questions

Hello All.
Me, my wife and my daughter got ILR on 11/12/12, now I want to register my son as a BC under section 1(3).
I need some help in filling the for as I will post it my self.

Section 1 is fine
Please correct me if I am wrong that we do not need to fill Section 2 and 3 in this case as child born in UK, If I am wrong then I need the help in this section about how to fill it.
Same is the case in Section 4 as My son is less then 5 years old.

I want to know do I need to fill 3 AN forms for each of us, My daughter is 7 years old and was born in Pakistan, she had ILR in last December with me and my wife.

Children are registered on MN1 forms whereas adults are naturalised on form AN.
