Once i get ilr can i apply for natrualization straight away like my dad would be eligible to or would my siblings and i have to wait a year.

You will have to wait 12 months after settlement unless you are the spouse/civil partner of a British Citizen. The only exception may be if you ILR application is protracted - takes a long time to get a decision.

Amber's answer is correct. Possible to apply immediately after marriage to a British citizen if all the requirements are satisfied.

It's more than likely just a technicality, I wouldn't be overly concerned.
