ILR question

Post by Poster » Sat Oct 02, 2004 7:22 pm

Board,

I arrived UK in December 1997 worked for 2 years and left this country in 1999 December. In this period I worked for 2 different clients. Then I took an assignment in US for the same company. In 2000 December I arrived back here in UK and working here since then.

Any hopes of ILR at this point of time.

Cheers,

Four weeks before you complete a 4 year continuous residence on your WP.

Thanks for your reply. After going through somany postings I am bit confused. (Including the FAQ). This 3 years 11 months rule is for postal applications or personal applications too.

Thanks and Regards

This 3 years 11 months rule is for postal applications or personal applications too.
It is equally applicable to applications made in person. (for reference look at Form SET(O) Guidance Notes [*][/color], Section 5 & 6)
