Appeal Hearing Date Allocated Finally

Dear all,

Just an update on my case applied January 2013, interview attended June 2013, refusal last week June 2013 ....... Appeal submitted first week July 2013.

Finally received hearing date for 23 January 2014 in Cardiff (Good 100 miles from London)

Let c what happen next ..... Will update accordingly

Its early than expectations but far away. Make sure with your barrister if they are agreed to travel there in the same fee they agreed with you and dont let you down later. Good luck

Thanks Rizkcb ........ Yes I m going to speak to my solicitor abt it and also will talk to him if we can request to get it changed to close by location.

Appeal hearing after 4months of appeal submission and now hearing about 100miles away. Its just unbelievable the way HO are now treating applicants.

Thanks mate ...... I m gona speak to my solicitor in this regards let c wht he advice but this is just ridicoulus.

Dear Sir,

I had a post available to read on this forum from an appellant who had his hearing heard in Cardiff and decision as appeal allowed on a same day few days ago.

you might get the same judge in your hearing and announce you with a good news after all these stressful waits.

If you want to make request for a change of location then be ready for new date in another 6 months....... u know what I mean bro

EXACTLY.

rehan, I think you got the earliest date available across all the courts in the UK.

I was given a hearing date of April 2014. I was told by AIT that I could write to request my hearing to be moved to any court in the country with the earliest date available if I'm really keen on an earlier date but that there's no guarantee I will get anything earlier than April 2014

Everything work together for good Rehan, don't worry you will be victorious in any where they like to decide the case. be positive Heaven will release for you destiny helpers, even the HO and the judge will favour you.
