UK Absences: Employer Letter

Hello all,

I have a question regarding UK Absences.

I am on Tier 2 General Visa and prior to that I was in Tier 2 ICT category. I switched employer and moved on to Tier 2 General visa. I have less than 180 days of UK absences in all 5 years. Do I need to get a letter from all employers regarding UK absenses? I can get the letter from my current employer regarding UK absenses but will not be able to get letter from old employer? Will this be a problem?
