What are your total number of studies? I think that home office consider 16 years of recognize degree for 15 pts and 18 years for 25 pts.

Is it related to the no of years or the recognition of the university ? I got 15 points for 14 yrs of study.

I cannot give comments on your case. What do you mean by about 2 years MCS. Your transcripts should clearly show 4 Years of study after your 12th grade exams.

I doubt they consider 2 years BCS. Atleast 3/3+ years should be credable.

Hi!
I think they consider no of years of study as well as institution. Because there r some universities in Pakistan whose Msc is equalent to master in uk and some r equalent to Bachelors degree.
I got recognition of my education from NARIC. they consider my Masters degree(16 years) equalent to Bsc honors in uk.
thanks

Hi paki!
I have got the following mail from naric when I ask them for information regarding degree recognition.
If you are an individual requesting an assessment of your overseas qualifications please send UK NARIC:

A photocopy of your certificate(s) together with transcript(s)
A copy of a certified translation into English if necessary
A covering letter from yourself stating the purpose of your enquiry with your contact details
A cheque or postal order for £29.38 (VAT inclusive). For those living outside of the EU, the price is £25 sterling (no VAT included). Cheques and postal orders are payable to Ecctis Limited
Having received the appropriate information,
we are normally able to process your enquiry and provide you with a letter of comparability within two weeks.

Further details are available from:

www.naric.org.uk/comparabilityofqualifications.htm
thanks
