P60 issue

Hi All

Anyone please can help,i have p60 for the last 2years but no p60 for the rest of 3 years i called HM Revenue for employment history on 24th October but now its 2 weeks completed i have not received it,is it take longer or i need to call them again,my ILR is due in December 2013 ,what will be alternative if i have not received it?
