You can certainly email them but you will not get a response other than a standard one.
To count days, you only count Monday to Friday and minus any holidays in pakistan and UK such as Moharram or Christmas or New YearIf Christmas comes on Tuesday then you don't count that as a working day.

My husband called up Gerrys and they said they wanted recent evidence to prove employment, just to clear any confusion!

My Wife's Visa Status has been changed to Collection, and she received a text as well,
Now going on Monday to pick her passport. I Hope there is a positive response.
