Change of employment

Post by ispookie666 » Mon Nov 11, 2013 7:33 pm

I have been on Tier 2 G and have leave to remain till 2015 but will be eligible for ILR in 2014.

I have a new job offer and have a meeting for CoS;
My employer requires 3 months notice - how do i play the ball. I'm aware of the curtailment of leave to remain - but it is ambiguous and seems to be the time when the employer informs UKBA rather than the date of notice.

also

Can i apply using the premium service and my family apply via the postal route?

Any help would the appreciated and thanked :roll:

You shouldn't resign until you have a new CoS and your grant of leave application is approved by the HO.

This is really trick for you. Because you can not apply three months before the COS start date. Of course, you can apply using premium service and your family use postal service.
