Switching from tier-4(General) to PBS Dependent?

Switching from tier-4(General) to PBS Dependent?

Hi,
I heard it is now possible to switch to PBS Dependent from Tier-4 General category inside UK? Can anyone confirm this? Also please share your experience if you have switched category after 1 Oct 2013.

October 1st 2013 saw a change to allow switching into PBS/Work Permit dependant categories in the UK providing there leave was not a visitor for example.
