What result in the PET exam meets A1 ??

Okay I really hope someone can help me out here. My tunisian husband is applying for his marriage visa, and we want to do this asap. My issue is that there are no planned KET exams in Tunis right now, so he has to sit the PET exam. I have researched a lot but cant find out what level he needs to pass this exam at in order to fulfil the A1 requirement... its a minefield, can anyone please help me
