My visa in appeal and my HR is asking for status

hi all,

as my visa is in process, my hr manager want to ask UKBA about its staus
what will be its reply.
As i know visa gets extended under section 3C/3D
so you are legal to work.
But she does not understand. Please help me with the link i can share with her.

I am also in similar situation. My HR send a letter to Employment Checking Service about 3 weeks ago. But they haven't got reply yet. I am waiting for appeal decision for 26 working days. I think UKBA is waiting for judge decision also. You can take a letter from your solicitor stating the relavant law.

My appeal date is 31 jan 2014.

after that i will get decision. So it will be like 3-4 month from now. She dont understand anything. She is mad.
She said how can i allow you when your visa in process.

If you guys had applied through a lawyer or if you are using a solicitor. Then your solicitor can write all the appeal details on his/her letter head and confirm your right to work in the UK.

You will be ok.Don't worry.
