Hearing Tomorrow at Hatton Cross ... Fingers Cross

Post by AceVenture » Thu Nov 14, 2013 1:38 pm

Hi all,

I hv my hearing scheduled tomorrow morning at Hatton cross.

All papers submitted.

Main reasons of refusal - CAR report is a online prinout and no contact landline no. on contracts.

We have send all the papers ans our statement to HO barrister.

Business trading regularly with 3 contracts so far. VAT registration, PAYE registration all done.

All suggestions are welcomed :)

Thanks.

@ AceVenture, you have a very high chance of success as the refusal reasons are very trivial and judge is very likely to give judgement in your favour as your business is currently trading.

Wish you the best of luck.

Had a great experience. Inspite of silly reasons the HO Barrister had lots of arguments and gave a tough fight to my Barristar.
