Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa

Hello,

I have registered a limited company in September and I would most likely apply in the second week of December 2013 as I am preparing all the documents required.

It would be more than 3 months while my company is registered and the date of application of Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa.

Will there be any problem as the policy guidance states "You must have been registered as self-employed or a director of a business within the
last 3 months before submitting your application as a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur)"

Please advise.

make sure at the time of application NONE of compnay related documnet will be 3moths old and u safe.....
