drive on bus lane

dear friends,

i have received a penalty for driving on the restricted route. it states a fixed penalty to be paid by a certain set of dates (£65 within 14 days, £130 within 28 days).

1) will the above fine affect my application outcome (assuming i qualify for extension otherwise).

2) should i declare this as an offence?
