Appeal and Immigration Tribunal

Hi,

Could any one please help me with my question.

My appeal was allowed on 03/10/2013. I have received my bimoetric and passports on 30/10/2013. I had to pay 140 pounds to appeal and immigration tribunal for my oral hearing. I was been told by my solicitor if your appeal is allowed tribunal will refund you the 140 pounds. I still have not received my refund. Where should I contact to get the refund.

please note I had 2 dependents on my application too, so I paid in total of 420 pounds
