Hi there guys,

I really really need some urgent advise.

I am a Tier 1 migrant who is going to go for ILR in April 2014. I am living here with my wife who is my dependent.

My wife comes from south america and she has two kids there from her ex boy friend and we are planning to bring them here.

I have been looking around on internet and it looks like i will have to be kids legal guardian in order to bring them here as my dependent i guess.

Request someone to shed some light on how can we bring them here and what is the best way forward for us please?

Would appreciate if someone can advise me the best solution please..

Your wife's children has to satisfy 319H, in particular, (f)(ii) or (f)(iii). See also Sole responsibility.

Hi Vinny,

Thank you ever so much to sharing the info. Though i have some question regarding sole responsibility.

Would you be kind to discuss that in PM or you prefer here? I do understand its a public forum and its for publish sharing as well.
