ahm wrote:Hi lads,
I have got my approval just this morning, letter dated 15Nov 2013. Arrived Tues 19 Nov 2013. No confirmation of Ceremony date yet.

Only thing strange is that they need now another 2 passport photos, even though i have submitted this 6 months ago with my application! (as part of new app process)

Thanks all for the forum help.

Ahm
When did you apply and on what basis ?

Thanks

It was for no driving licence and no insurance. I was charged to court and the case was reversed because i had the said document. I got the copy of the orders from court recently when the naturalisation department requested reciept of the incident and i also explained to them i wasn't charged and the case was reversed. I was told my application is at the advanced stage of processing this morning. Am not sure of what to expect but still waiting. i applied 2011. got a letter in october about copies of fine reciept which i then explained I wasnt charged and send them a copy of the order that case was reversed. Just hoping for the best. not sure if anyone had something similar and what their out come were. Thanxs

You will be approved. I had a similar issue, still waiting for my approval but I am almost certain before the week runs out. The case was also dismissed in my case & it was 10 years ago.
