PIO for uk born child to ILR parents

Hi

I need some advise on PIO process for UK born child to Parents (Indian citizen) holding ILR at time of child birth

PIO Form Section 15

"Have you or your parents or grand parents were born ........"

How does Section 15 differ from Section 13

Section 13 is "Have you or your parents or grandparents held indian passport? If yes , pls give details below"

Does anyone know if we need to fill this for PIO application for a minor for whom i am applying PIO on behalf of her parents being indian citizens

did you applied? i am in same situation. applying for daughter PIO and we got ILR.
what you filled in the form for section 13 and 15?

As the children born in Uk, so they are applying under parents basis, so provide parents passport copies and take along the original if they ask.
