Wife's Visa from India

Hi there,

I have applied for my wife's visa application from India. I have PR and i'm self employed in UK.

Initially, when we applied, after 3 months UKBA came back with some queries and quoted that Court ruling will take long for income threshold. Also, case worker offered me to submit more documentation in next 3 weeks.

I had submitted all requested documents (which i had initially missed with in 2 weeks) and now, its been about 8 weeks, I have sent my documents.

I'm not sure, how long it would take to process this application?

Also, Is there any ways to expedite this process?
