Which is the best,quick and cheapest option for B1 ENG Cert

Hi , I will apply naturalization in second week of December, I am looking for the easy, quick and cheapest option of B1 Level English test.
Could anyone please help me to find this .

Even before that, Does your degree meet the B1 requirement?

I did IELTS on before Entry clearance and hope that will work for me , I am asking this for my Wife.

Only wanted to see if your partner's degree would suffice or not. But anyways IMO You can try this
