Hi
I am an ILR holder and my wife has ILR aswell and she has been living in this country for an year. I work full time and my wife doesn't work and unemployed.
Could someone tell us do we have access to benefits and is my wife eligible to claim unemployement benefit?.
Also I would appreciate if someone can tell us the benefits ILR holders can access and any limitations/restrictions for the same.
