Dependant Visa guidance to apply from India

Post by kck9 » Mon Jun 18, 2007 3:01 pm

Hi,

I need some information regarding applying dependent visa for a work permit holder. Could you please clarify whether we need to provide a original tenancy agreement or the photocopy is enough. Also till now the work permit holder was sharing accomodation in UK. He was renting 1 bedroom in 4 bedroom house. Even the contract is showing the same. Now do we need to send the same tenancy agreement or is it compulsory to change the house and send the new tenancy agreement. Please suggest your ideas.

Spouse is appying for visa on Thursday. She already got the old tenancy agreement. But if it is new one again she has to wait for the post etc. If they can accept the copies the work permit holder can send the scanned copy of new agreement. Please confirm, whether we could do like this.

Thank you
