I am confused here, leave the UK with a valid VISA and come back with a valid entry-clearance within 6 months is not consider as breaking the continuous stay requirement, but do we MUST submit the application before the current VISA expired when applying outside the country, just like how we extend the VISA in the UK? (Raised date made before the expired date)

What I thought was, a Gap means unlawful stay, but since we have already left the country, this should not be affected, am I right?

Is Visitor Visa count in 10 years long residence?
